Mindful of all the risk associated with the business (commodity, china, NP UG works/CAPEX, cheaper IO across the globe, etc), yet I think t risk-reward profile looks attractive - EV at 100MM. Need to be patient until the market finds a trigger to the SP go up... Last rally was related to special div as far as I am aware... unless we see something very positive coming from GRR, I don't see this moving significantly..
