Do you think that when Australia builds its first nuclear plant, the time it will take will be closer to

a) the world average? or
b) the average of the second fastest nuclear plant building country in the world?

My guess? The first few we build will take longer than the world average.

I've noticed that people who have never done anything difficult in their life don't understand the importance of training and infrastructure for complex tasks.
