In the video, it specificially says "to major US builders", I think one thing for certain, builders of all sizes will be coming over to see the 5-10 houses built, either invited by CRH or flocked over themselves, this is the true power of partnering with a dominating field player, the enormouse connections deep in the industry they can influence is what this JV truely about, FBR has the tech how-to, CRH has the $$ and to-who, it's a strong formula to cook big games.
