Ann: Arafura launches A$20m placement and A$7m SPP, page-81

I’ve timed Arafura over the last few months pretty well. I now own more shares than I originally did, with less money than I had originally invested. This got me a lower entry point.

Issue is, that can also backfire and a surprise Ann can send this flying 60% in one day (Gov Ann as an example).

I can try time it once more, but I just have a hunch that the speed of this CR, 24hrs after the major milestone of debt funding, shows to me urgency to get this executed asap.

The urgency is not for the benefit of Shareholders (let’s be real here), imo i have a feeling that management internally are on a tight timeline to meet the timelines of the entities who have given them debt funding (Koreans, Germans, Canadians etc). Though SH directly benefit from this.

These entities, have electric cars to build, net-zero emissions they need to meet, wind turbines to build, so they can meet their revenue targets.

I’m gonna assume that these entities aren’t waiting another 5 years for Arafuras to get their act together, especially with competitors coming onboard.

IMO it’s looking like now or never.
