fair to say they will not start drilling until the survey is complete. makes sense as the survey will define targets better than the current magnetics. considering Fleet is doing it for free in order to show their tech is working, they must be very confident the area is fertile for them to do it. They already covered Duck Creek which is right on the southern border of KCC's ground so Fleet must have seen enough to convince them to conduct another survey further to the north.
