You need to see a lawyer and ask them how your case would go without any evidence provided.
I am currently helping an individual in a case against a company and had to organise emails, messages and medical reports just to be taken seriously.
At the moment you have hearsay and they will show you the door.
You sound like you have lost money and are frustrated.
I’m not saying their wouldn’t be any wrong doing as wherever there are people and a gain is to be made, there you have the potential for corruption.
All the best but as they say, “ if you don’t want to get hurt, then don’t step into the boxing ring !”
