My gut feeling is that it is going to be funding through the Mutapa investment Fund and possibly other institutional investors.

It is basically an endorsement that the PPSA is now a formality - if these guys are coming on board they would not be doing it without the security of an incoming PPSA. A lot of nepotism within Zimbabwe and they would have gotten the inside word imo.

No way they would be investing their hard earned readies otherwise.

If this is the case, I would not be surprised if we hear something from Scott re a shareholder briefing on Monday explaining the mechanics of the funding and advising that we are starting 3D and commencing erection of the rig to follow directly after 3D is completed with 6inch drill followed by flow testing.

Just my take on it.
