BHP has announced that is to spend over $500 mil on developing the Jimblebar Mine which is 40 km east of Newman. The area that ECE is looking at buying is 50 km west of Newman. That is "next door" in Pilbara terms, so, I would have thought that this would be a MASSIVE positive for the proposal. And it is actually next door to RIO etc. There is a stack of iron ore in the Pilbara but transport is the number one issue. This would resolve that problem for ECE and must make the project much more viable with that news. The due diligence should pick that up and I reckon put it over the line. Interesting times.
