'Syrah has completed commercial negotiations for a significant offtake agreement with another tier 1 US-based customer
for AAM supply from a 45ktpa AAM Vidalia facility. The Company expects to announce a binding offtake agreement shortly,
pending finalisation of legal documentation and approvals processes"
