My understanding is $18.70 is the base price which converts to $24.78 by 2029 if they want to get TLX shares. Yes TLX will pay interest rate also.
The major financial benefit for the lender is in 2029, if TLX is already $100 they get to only convert at $24.78. So about 24m shares will be issued.
