the politics forum was once reserved by consensus to Aus politics and world politics for international affairs. But a couple of things changed that One was we started to get more spammers - not you of course Scot - who just filled the World Politics forum with endless garbage on particular issues eg the Ukraine war. It was then, in my view, that people started using the politics board for any political issue Not that there's anything wrong with that, if that's how people are going to play it. It does mean though that we often get almost duplicate threads running in two places at once.
