The signing off of the MME document to enable the transfer and use of the 3D data to WDS is beyond the control of PCL. My understanding is that the BOD is regularly in touch with the Namibian Ministry but there is nothing that they can do to expedite the signatures. Being too aggressive with bureaucrats is folly as they can put your application continuously on the bottom of the pile.
