    "The euphoria seems over"

    A mild re-rate to what is still a small fraction of value in production is hardly my idea of euphoria. We will hopefully see euphoria when the company gets its final funding and begins construction. I'm not sure though that we will see euphoria then either, or just a steady climb into production.
