The share price sure has been a casualty of the buyers' strike in microcap land which has existed for the past two years.

Yet the underlying performance of the business hasn't skipped a beat, despite the tough macroeconomic conditions (and despite the boardroom being a revolving door for directors!)

They exited the year at an EBITDA run-rate of around $6m which - at the current EV of just $23m - means an EV/EBITDA multiple of less than 4x.

Even if fair value of 4.0 to 4.5c is debatable, 2.0c is clearly nowhere near fair value.
