I understand that signing the MME is out of the control of PCL. Its certainly way beyond the control of WDS. However, we have people always having a go at WDS not committing to PEL 87 when PCL has not fulfilled their obligations yet. Seriously, who would do that. I would be like paying the full price for house and land before it was even subdivided. When we have a signed MME all of this will be forgotten and the SP at around 2c will look silly imo.
