    Thanks for the dismissal, but the point is that if PAM is relying on the ATM to satisfy the ASX’s 2 quarters of cash requirement when it lodges its 4C next week, there is a decent chance the ASX will require the company to compete another raise or face another suspension.

    A sale of 30,000 shares right now takes PAM to 5.2c. Ouch.
