Well if you read the first pragraph it does
"highlights the importance of flexible gas powered generation as the ultimate backstop for NEM during periods of reduced renewable generation"
First paragraph....not nuclear because nuclear can't be turned of....gas can be used in the transition to renewables
i stated that in a previous post and the aemo says its the best option
