If, as you say, WDS sp has a very high correlation to the global benchmarks for the underlying commodities, then why does WDS have all that high-cost management, with increased remuneration and bonuses awarded at the last 2024 AGM. Then why not simplify the business and decrease both the size of the Board and management layers, and the skill set? See the link below, the official WDS website, they promote themselves much differently to your spin.
