I agree with your assertion that if I were ATL, I will be buying on the market and declare as new majority holder and put representative on board member. Do you have any idea on what percentage of holding, a representative must be allocated in board member? Not sure if RIO will join the party, buying via hedge funds and then reveal themselves to fulfill their ambition rather than waiting for years as AGY has plant, technique, infrastructure, people and also permit.
