On schedue to commence commercial production of battery-grade lithium hydroxide by 2025. Unique process extracts lithium from geothermal brine in the Upper Rhine Valley, Germany, allowing Vulcan to produce lithium with a net-zero carbon footprint. Positions Vulcan to supply European car manufacturers directly, bypassing the need for Chinese chemical processing and reducing Europe's reliance on imported lithium. Their Lithium Extraction Optimisation Plant (LEOP) is already operational, demonstrating high efficiency and preparing the team for full-scale production.
