If only they could be honest and admit that there isn’t a market or customer yet able to support this debt , instead they just keep stringing investors along in hope that there will be a market and customer one day.

Of course they will string the investors along when you are receiving huge salaries year in and year out. Keep the fluffy announcements coming and let the hard working folk fund your salaries. No point in doing a resource update as it will never be dug up.
