    Through disproportionate funding of BFS, UCL's stake will be closer to 50% once BFS complete in June.

    SP appreciation may have to do with possible sale of Phillipines telco.

    If BFS comes back with a green light, this company will be taken over by an international if it is below $50 mill market cap (eg. Glencore, Korea Zinc etc).
