This is tokenistic and designed to deceive...they are still gifting themselves an enormous amount of performance based shares with weak and easily realisable vesting conditions .......I encourage all to see for yourself and I'm pretty sure voting no is then a given.....only performance shares vesting conditions should be on FID and first production....these guys are rubbish
