So we are going to have a 9 person board for $10m market cap company. Last year, KMP rem was $1.2m AUD for 5 people. So, it will probably be around $2m this year.
Cap raises just to fund their wages ahahaha.
Not to mention, one of them has a criminal conviction as disclosed in fine print.
