The global Bahai system for societal arrangement has never been thought of before. There has never been a Universal House of Justice serving National Spiritual Assemblies serving Local Spiritual Assemblies, all elected democratically without electioneering and enabling anyone to be elected, not just self-proclaimed, self-funded, "political leaders"
