Yes, I believe you are right on the raise, however the deal stuff, I'm not holding my breath, based on BOM performance over several years.

For those who are interested. Its very interesting that the raise is fully underwritten, so obviously they have homes for the new shares, which is encouraging, as well, I'm sure they are getting information that is NOT shared with the rest of us.....
