And the graphite marked is currently cooked. How long for? No one knows, no matter how bullish they are or what narratives they spin.
Just look at the facts and trends. The natural graphite price is the lowest in years, synthetic graphite is too cheap, current graphite producers (SYR) are losing $24m per quarter. Just look at all companies and graphite charts. Not good.

Now, if there were some catalysts and the price and trends and profits of producers started turning around, then that's a different story. The investment thesis may change and I may reconsider the opportunities. But until then, I'm out.

I'd rather be a little late to an uptrend than ride a downtrend all the way to the ground, for whoever knows how long. Following narratives in the market is a capital killer. I'd rather follow clear trends that are actually happening.

the whole battery sector is struggling, still holding LTR? should have bailed ages ago. Are you bullish on lithium? plenty of lithium companies burning thru cash based on depressed lithium prices. If the battery sector turns around and it should these battery companies will have their day in the sun
