IMO NATO is an aggressive organisation
because it places foreign WMDs on host members'
territory aimed at Russia

NATO claims that this is defensive while Russia
perceives this as aggressive and a National Security threat to Russia.

IMO until NATO (ie USA) and Russia come to an agreement
on these two opposing points of view, this war can't be settled.

As I have said adnauseum , if the situation were to be reversed
and that Chinese and Russian WMD were stationed in the Caribbean,
Mexico or Central America aimed at US population centres , would
the US consider that as provocation/threat to US National Security.?

IMO yes as per the Cuban Missile Crisis 1962.

So if the US wants to peddle a "Global Rules Based Order" then
it has to afford all countries including Russia & China the same
'liberties" that the US now enjoys in Geopolitics.This means that
if its OK for the US to silo its WMD in Europe aimed at Russian population centres,
then under a fair "Global Rules Based Order" Russia and China
ought have similar rights in siloing their WMDs in the Caribbean, Mexico
or Central America starting with Cuba.

International law is law which is supposed to be fair and equitable...eh?
