1 Someone with lots of shares is forcing price down to buy more and conveniently for them everyone else is getting panicky.
2 Someone with lots of shares believes the IPO may tank and is selling down and everyone else is getting panicky.
Me I keep thinking that even if they only got $350m for Brazil (about $3.50 per share for KarA), @$7.70 still looks cheap.
