    Regarding cf33.

So I'm assuming that cf33 is attaching to cancerous cells but not actually killing them (or many of them).

In the fantastic animal model results, the animal's own immune system then killed the cancerous cells, as it finally recognised them to be foreign, thanks to cf33 flagging them up.

In heavily pre-treated cancer patients, their immune systems are too poor/compromised to kill enough of the cf33 flagged cancer cells. Except for some bile tract cancer sufferers, who haven't had many treatments beforehand.

In the new trial just started, cf33 is being administered with a drug that kills cells with the cd19 marker very successfully.

Does cf33 have the cd19 marker, or does it add it to the cancerous cells somehow?

These are just my thoughts, and I could be way off track in my thinking. Maybe some of the Brains Trust on here can put me right.

    Thanks
