    The booklet could have been a leaflet that said:

    "PNX has promising assets but management have repeatedly proven pathetic and done nothing to advance the company to the extent they have deliberately sabotaged agreed deals to free-carry their assets to production. As a result both KIN and PNX holders should wholly support the merger!"
