@Scott th Ratbag; the International Court of Justice considers broader issues such as the pending case alleging apartheid, ethnic-cleansing and genocide - it's just ordered Israeli settlers out of 'occupied Palestinian territories' and for reparations to be paid by those Palestinians impacted by Israeli invasions / attacks / vandalism / looting etc. It does not get to enforce those determinations however.
The International Criminal Court deals with allegations of war crimes, crimes against humanity etc as they apply to individuals - Netanyahu and his military chief have been referred to it and warrants sought for their arrest. The outcomes of those requests is pending and their determinations become requirements of countries including Australia.
Netanyahu is reported to have spat dummies all over the place, made threats and sought to have all such charges declared anti-Semitic and unjustified. Thus far his puerile tanties have been dismissed with the United Nations Security Council also moving to rebuke his genocidal regime and demand a ceasefire etc. Some boycotted his sickening address to the US Congress earlier today while others refused to applaud it and street protesters burnt effigies of him. Sadly, Israeli athletes at the Olympic Games have copped frosty receptions - Netnyahu's Regime has done a lot of damage to Israelis.
