Its my opinion it's because most investors/traders with serious money to put in are aware that the company is in need of cash, so these announcements may be more signalling they are trying to pump the share price before a capital raise. Look this could company could have great tenements and they could be onto something big, but it's just reality you need money to run the campaigns they want to run. Before they were drilling they were spending 1.1mill a quarter , 2.1 mill left , approx a mill left won't even last a quarter, so your looking at a raise in the next 3 months at the latest .
