Here we are again. Not a taser this time. This time a Victorian cop punches a 70 year old lady in the face while she's in a wheelchair, in hospital with a broken leg, breaking her eye socket and jaw because she also has mental issues and called him a nasty name. What I'd like to know is who the "F" is hiring these lowlife can'ts and giving them a gun.
