I would think the Mitsubishi option is not on and was the reason for the hostile takeover of MLM.
I am not positive about the ability of the BOD to get anything done other than Wayne Duck will obviously help with getting the Red , Green and Black tape through.
It would be great if Mitsubishi took us out at 5 cents or so but impossible because the Major holders have shown their cards and will only bleed the rest of the SH going forward. They want the sand as cheaply as possible.
