SANTIAGO, July 25 (Reuters) - Rio Tinto RIO.L , BYD 002594.SZ , LG Energy 373220.KS , Eramet ERMT.PA and Posco are among the 12 companies that submitted proposals to develop a lithium project in Chile's Altoandinos salt flats, the state-run mining company ENAMI said on Thursday.
