Hi 08crd, as Tadpole points out the Administrators would probably be your best bet. I think delisted stocks will usually issue share certificates and SRNs (to replace HINs) once they’ve moved from CHESS/broker to issuer sponsored - if not en masse then I would think upon the individual request of a holder - they are still your shares after all, and the company is still subject to the Corporations Act.

Just for our own records, holders with no paper trail should probably log into their Link/Investor Centre Portfolio (if you have one) or just via the View Single Holding option (with the HIN and postcode you had for your SO4 holding), select History > Transactions and take a screenshot or printout of the transaction showing the move of your SO4 shares from CHESS to issuer on 07/08/2023 (leaving a balance of zero). That will at least confirm what shares you held pending receipt of a share certificate from the company.

Hope this helps. It would be nice to get an update communication from the damn Administrators / Directors just outlining where things are at. I guess Middlemas doesn’t have a dollar for a stamp while this still sits on his shelf.
