Cephalon is a Nasdaq company, so if my consipracy theory has any truth, then you can expect it to be the "biggest tenderer" - taking bno and any royalties out of the hands of Australian shareholders for next to nothing in return. I hope the ASIC is also keeping a close eye on this.
