    Re the acquisition
    It looks like a 160mil issue of new shares, $1.5mil and royalties to be paid ..

    Spend money to make money I get it, but, pvw only has $2mil cash on hand - so that's all their eggs in this basket, and they've diluted their SOI by 160%

    Genuine thoughts? I'm on the fence... I think a CR with a good offer I'd give Alistair a chance at this
