This is on the Swedish Supreme Court. Ridiculous.
That said, it isn't the end of the world. It's just a cap raise at a far lower price than was expected or hoped for. Talga isn't the first and won't be the last to make a tough call like this. Provided the raise gets us through to a decision form the SC, plus offtake plus finance, then it's really just a bump in the road to get to our destination.
I'll speculate at ~30 million shares. I think they will keep it small. Just a guess.
