Thanks for the thoughts and for the most part I agree with you. From my limited understanding participants were 1-2 years into MND when treatment started and are now a further 1-2 years into MND with various timeframes of non-ideally dosed MPL. So even without the placebo group the (now 10) patients have met or materially exceeded the average life expectancy of 2 years, which is a great sign.
Please correct me if I’m wrong though
