One thing I am sure of is the heavy shorters have a very substantial knowledge base and forecasting agents who are on the payroll and are far more cleverer then most of us here (me included). It looks like for me this is a perfect covering opportunity for them at, at least the $0.165 if not the $0.16 benchmark and IMO it will not dip much more than that. So a clear indicator to me that FID is around the corner is when the shorts graph starts taking a dip they will not want to get too close to FID and risk their already substantial profits as this may well be their the last opportunity to exit.
