As far as the shipping thread creating hype, I think you have to be very very ignorant to think hotcopper post have any meaningful effect on the share price. Look at the daily stats:



The daily average volume has been 18 million, around $780k a day. Look today had a dissapointing quarterly and still not 17 million has traded through, and that a price sensative announcement from the company, so If you think hotcopper posts do anything I would say its very ignorant to put it nicely.

The shipping thread does not create hype, its just a great example of what hotcopper can be used for, investors sharing their knowledge to get more info on how the company is doing before the market, grateful for that thread and all the contributors.
