If 10M fails to meet the conditions of the DOCA I think FEX would get the orebody for $1.
ALso ATH will be restructured and the new CEO will develop the magnetite project, hopefully more drilling to increase the tonnage. The Chairman is talking about collaboration does this mean JV or takeover?
