You could be harsh and say that but IMO, to pivot away from going it alone, relying on sp going up on discovery raising at 30c+....which I think is a fair assumption, to the sp tanking because of an insto dump expecting to get new shares in the cr, takes time.
Its not a 5 min job to get investment organised from Zimbabwe, especially when it wasn't the plan.
Fact is we are desperate and no one gets a great deal when the market knows this.
Its a big risk from SM IMO to ignore the local brokers so he must be very very confident that Mangwana have enough interest to stump up lots of cash.
Wont surprise me if the strategic investment is from the Sable Chemicals owner,
