At 10.30am I was at the Westfield Fountain Gate store in Melbourne. I was with another person talking. There was a lady at the counter sorting out cards with her head bowed down. I walked right past the counter talking to my friend. The employee did not make eye contact at all or attempt to offer any help what so ever.
Is this typical of employees at Dusk stores?
