Bollinger bands are a tool that is based on the principal of mean reversion. Given his indicated price target and a romantic attachment to mean reversion, I'd say he thinks we are about to repeat the prior trend

I personally think that the game has changed a little too much over this period to make this call (e.g. we now have a submission with the FDA and a few new types of traders on the block, albeit with GG possibly still gobbling up (I think he still is based on my theory that 400k~ shares on the bid each day is them)).

If i had to join the tea leaf reading club: I can see that we did a little bit of a mini elliot wave pattern to the upside, so could just be some pullback with maybe a dead cat bounce to go before taking back off again. i'm just holding either way now and good luck to traders
