Their motives weren't left unquestioned. Personally I had many meetings with interested parties. At the time it was a choice of staying with old BOD or dissolution of company - where everything would be lost, or - vote new BOD to try and resurrect. If you were on a sinking ship and someone threw you a life buoy, would you take the buoy and jump or hang onto the sinking ship? We all decided to jump. I have only objected when people put non facts in here that make no sense. To say that we should have let the VA run its course is ridiculous. That same person had the opportunity to sell their shares and get some money back. That would never have happened if it had stayed in VA. I agree all forums on HC can become echo chambers, but I think that is just the nature of this type of setup.
