    I'm not keen on the idea of making a public fool of the govt departments that provide funding. Embarrassing them doesn't encourage partnership.

    I agree we need promoting, however I think we need to keep brainstorming on this one.

    Above my paygrade, but I do hope Linda is on the case in working towards a plan of attack as she's paid to do.
