this is quite good ....on where putin gets his troops from .....or if you like , what putin pays the butcher .....or the cost of putins ambition for a while there was a good supply of prisoners to use as canon fodder but that has largely been exhasuted
now - poor men both in and out of russia are getting paid large sums to join up - some are being told ,"not on the fronty line" ,....they know there is a risk .....do they know the extent of that risk ....I doubt it ! But more and more the extent of that risk becomes obvious over time as people from their neighberhood die or just disappear .
